Bardi 5 gallon cleaning and filling line

This machinery is designed to efficiently handle the production process for 5-galon bottles, including washing, filling, and palletizing. It ensures that each bottle is thoroughly washed to meet hygiene standards before being accurately filled with liquid products. After filling with help from the ABB robot the machine carefully organizes and stacks the bottles onto pallets, optimizing space for storage and transportation. This automated solution enhances productivity, maintains product quality, and reduces manual labor throughout the packaging workflow.

The washing machine has a capacity of 300 5 galon bottles. They are loaded in the machine through a conveyor that handles to position them in correspondence of the pliers. Bottles are brought to several washing stations where internal and external jets wash the bottles. The inner jets are spinning shafts with radial holes.

Main features: manual capper, washing phase, filling phase, capping phase.

The robot cell is designed to fold the gallons, coming from the filling machine, in specific plastic pallets.
